LOYALTY PROGRAM:
On your first appointment you will receive a loyalty card.
Some clients choose to leave their card with me and I place it in your client folder, that way you don't need to remember to bring it everytime.
At the start of every appointment, I will mark off 1 visit.
**Your 5th visit will be rewarded with a 50% off discount.
**Your 10th visit will be rewarded with a FREE visit.
Your loyalty card will then start again for you to receive the rewards over and over again.
The loyalty cards do not expire and you do not have a time frame to use your visits by.
**50% off and free rewards exclude travel fees and is only rewarded towards your service costs & must be used on that visit to avoid any confusion in the future.
**the loyalty program is for each visit, not for each service and can not be shared with another client.
CANCELLATIONS:
Your appointment time is valuable to me. I want to make sure that you receive the best service possible during your scheduled appointment.
To help me with this, should you need to cancel your appointment or adjust your appointment time please provide 24 hour notice. I will be more then happy to help you reschedule or adjust.
Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you are running late or can not make it.
Failure to do this will result in full amount being charge upfront when making a future appointment and will be non-refundable if a no show or failure to notify me with 24 hour notice.
PAYMENT:
Accepted Methods: cash and mobile payment options (card payments are not accepted until further notice)
Payment is made at time of service unless otherwise specified.
Deposits: for certain services or multiple services; a deposit may be required to secure the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less then 24 hours notice.
REFUNDS:
I offer complimentary repairs for gel/acrylic/SNS/Dip services for seven (7) days of your original service.
I will not be responsible for any breaking or lifting after that.
I am happy to re-do any service at no cost if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work i do, provided that you tell me immediately after I have performed the service.
As soon as I have walked out your door or as soon as you leave the salon, that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
I DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND OR CREDIT BECAUSE YOU HAVE SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND.
