*IMPORTANT*~ I do not work over any nails done by another tech - please do remember that I will have to remove/take off the set completely first to start fresh. A removal/take off service fee will be $10.
~ Please keep in mind that your appointment can take anywhere from 1.5 hours and 4.5 hours depending on your set/service. So if you are expecting fast service I might not be the tech for you.
~ I will wear a mask on arrival until I depart to keep both of us safe - so please do not take it personally.
*Importance of Timely Notice* Giving me sufficient notice allows me to accommodate other clients and adjust my schedule accordingly.
*Payment Terms* Prior to you booking an appointment, I will give you a break down and the total price for your requested services. If you are happy to proceed, your appointment will be scheduled. Your service will be paid for on the same day of your appointment once your appointment has finished and paid by either Cash, Bank Transfer or PayID.If paying by cash, please have exact amount as I do not carry change.
*Changes to Appointments* If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
*Warranty Policy* If your nails have any breaks or lifting occurs within 7 days of your appointment, I will repair it for free - this also includes free of charge for the travel back to your location. BUT YOU MUST GET IN CONTACT WITH ME AS SOON AS YOU NOTICE IT & SEND PICTURES to take up this guarantee.WHAT IS NOT COVERED FOR THIS GUARENTEE? - if you get your hand stuck or hit by something which snaps your nail in half or off, this is classified as trauma to the nail - i am not liable for that.
*Loyalty* On our first visit together you will receive a loyalty card. For every appointment, you receive a loyalty stamp. On the 5th visit, you receive 50% off your service - excluding nail art & travel fee. On the 10th visit, you receive the service for free - excluding nail art & travel fee.
*Refunds* You will have a full consultation and throughout the appointment, you will be asked if you are happy with your service - please let me know during your consultation exactly what you are after. Better yet, have photo's ready. If you are not satisfied with my work, I will change or redo until you are satisfied as long as you tell me before i leave. Once I have walked out your door, that tells me you are happy with the service. Under no circumstances will refunds or credit be given simply because you have changed your mind or no longer like my work.
*Travel Fee* A travel fee of $0.80 per kilometerstarting from Glenfield NSW 2167 is applied for each appointment. A travel fee for Seniors/Pensioners (elderly) of $0.50 per kilometer starting from Glenfield NSW 2167 is applied for each appointment.
*Hygiene* All tools and equipment are sterilized where possible or cleaned thoroughly before and after each client. Disposable items are thrown out after each use except for files and buffers, these are kept in a packet labeled with your name on it and then reused only on you on each appointment - replaced when needed.
I reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unhygienic.
